9.1. I get disconnected and ask me to login again.

It is normal for a client device to get disconnected from a session when it becomes idle for a long time.  However, if this issue occurs while the service is being used (i.e. streaming movies, video call, voice call, etc.), there could be wifi interference issues in your location.  Contact Babtel support to schedule a service call for a technician to troubleshoot the issue.
